DENISE SIMONS
Denise is a trusted real estate professional with a broad diversity of clients throughout the mid-Peninsula. As a long-time Palo Alto resident who has raised three children in the community, Denise has unmatched knowledge of the area’s neighborhoods, amenities and school systems. She draws on a high-caliber network of professionals that include morgage lenders, finance experts, contractors, landscapers, architects, and others who help bring her clients a full range of real estate solutions that go beyond buying and selling homes. She is also certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Denise has lived in the Bay Area for more than 35 years. A proud graduate of UC Berkeley, she spent a year in Denmark as an exchange student before college and two years in Norway after. Her internatioal experience gives her an understanding of cultural diversity as well as an appreciation for making a home in a new community. When not selling homes, Denise can be found walking the Stanford Dish and playing pickle ball in Mitchell Park.
LIZA MARINARO
Liza joined Compass working under top producing agents, for whom she managed listings and sales. Her comprehensive real estate knowledge extends through the full transaction, from contracts and negotiation to prepping and marketing properties in the competitive Silicon Valley market.
Born & raised in Palo Alto and a third generation Bay Area resident, she returned to California after managing operations and accounts at Genuine Foods in New York City, where she oversaw a team of 25. In her spare time she is a dedicated hospice volunteer, plays soccer, and loves to bake for neighbors and friends.
Liza’s commitment to others naturally extends into the world of real estate as she guides clientele through each transaction with empathy and expert strategy.
